Operation Pretty Things is dedicated to loving and empowering women victimized by domestic violence and sexual assault. Every woman we serve receives a thoughtfully assembled gift of cosmetics and beauty essentials with a handwritten note full of love and encouragement.

Our OPT Parties are an opportunity to host an Operation Pretty Things event in the comfort of your own home or location of your choosing! These gatherings are a great way to experience Operation Pretty Things at its fullest. How does it work? It’s simple…

CHOOSE the number of women you’d like to make gifts for.
SHARE the list of needed items with your friends and family… and begin collecting!
PICK a date, and invite your friends & family to your OPT Party! (email operationprettythings@gmail.com for available date options)
MAKE beautiful gifts for women in need!!!

*NOTE: The number of gifts assembled will be determined by the number of items collected. Each gift has one of each of the items listed. These items will need to be collected prior to the party.

For example: 30 gifts = 30 of each item.

LIPSTICK or LIPGLOSS
NAIL POLISH
MASCARA
EYELINER
EYESHADOW (with brush)
BLUSH (with brush)
HAND LOTION (5oz or less)

IMPORTANT NOTE for Cosmetic Purchases:

In light of our gift recipients' challenging personal experiences and OPT's commitment to their dignity and honor, we thank you in advance for solely donating "never-used," high quality items.

Many of the women who will be receiving Operation Pretty Things gift bags have arrived at our local shelters with nothing but the clothes on their backs. While they might be able to go to the Dollar Store for a basic or two, we have a unique opportunity to lavish them with better-made products that are also longer-lasting. What this means for us is that donating a fewer number of items is actually MORE valuable to OPT when it comes to showing the women how treasured they truly are.
