2025 was a big year for OPT, as we gave nearly 1200 gifts in all! Please help us meet (and maybe even surpass) that goal in 2026!
The need is great. The ask is simple. Please help us love and empower these beautiful women and give today.
Calling all high school students!
Looking for volunteer hours or ways to serve our community? Come volunteer with OPT! Thursday afternoons, from 3-5pm at our office in downtown Wilmington. See signup for details.
We are founded on three principles...
love, empowerment, & hope.
It is with these building blocks that we have designed an organization that ministers to the hearts and souls of the hurting.
Operation Pretty things has designed multiple programs to provide support and care to victims and survivors of abuse and assault. We offer many volunteer opportunities for the community to participate in our mission. Click below to see how we serve and how you can help!
women & shelters
We come alongside domestic violence shelters and organizations, providing them with the tools and services that will help survivors of domestic violence, sex trafficking, and sexual assault take steps towards a life free from abuse.
students & schools
Students are given opportunities to serve, participating in life-impacting projects and events. OPT offers the needed resources to help students identify relational “red flags” that will keep students aware and free from the cycle of abuse.
the community
OPT unites members of local communities during our drives, gift packing events, and our annual gala. These opportunities help build and encourage unity, while impacting the lives of the women, families, and teens in shelters throughout our city.

Operation Pretty Things is a non-profit organization based out of Wilmington NC. In addition to our local community in New Hanover County, OPT serves 20 additional counties across the state.
